Why "sevenfloorsdown"

I was watching this now defunct-show on what used to be UNTV (UHF 37) called Roam. It, basically, had the host go to different places--could be anywhere, from restaurants to butterfly farms to church side vendor stalls. This one episode, he was in some caves in Antipolo and he had the following conversation with the guide:

HOST: "So, ser, mga gaano pa kalalim itong kweba?" (So, chief, how deep does this cave go?)
GUIDE: "Ah, eto? Mga seven floors down pa." (This? About seven floors down more)

'Nuff said.
