Somebody (not sure who) made a manga about the recent history of Afghanistan and its surrounding countries. The characters, however are Afghanistan and its neighbors as really cute manga chibi girls and their misadventures as metaphors of said events. Beside each strip are historical notes. If you get by the cuteness, you’ll learn just why Afghanistan became so screwed up and how the Taliban came to by.

Cute but sad. But I still find Afganisu-tan adorable, with Kyrgyzs-tan in second.
