Why Employees Leave

We already know why a lot of employees leave. But what this article does is present the results of a survey among employees and their employers.

What may surprise those unempathic executives is that they seriously underestimate their employees. They actually believe that there are less people who want to leave than there really are. But what’s worse is that they think that employees will change their mind about leaving for much less.
