Because We Care
We’re really not sure anymore if they really care or if it’s just lip service (most likely it’s the latter because the days that they really did care are now long gone).
However, all the [smart-ass] comments during the assemblies when they tell us this sort of stuff reveal that the employees believe otherwise.
