The Big R, part 2
A friend is such a valuable engineer that everyone runs to him for help. But the problem is, just because he did not choose a managerial career path, it wouldn’t be apparent how valuable he is (management there is like that).
Until I proposed that we spread this rumor that he’ll be resigning. I told him not to give a straight answer if someone asks.
