A Series of Improbable Events
Management likes to make promises. They’d say stuff they know the employees want to hear just to shut them up. This doesn’t of course mean that they’d actually make good on their promises (in their defense, they didn’t state a deadline) anytime in this lifetime.
A lot of people would like to believe that more improbable events would happen first.
